My name is Iván and I am the person behind this project. After seeing how so many people joined the gym with incredible enthusiasm only to end up quitting a few weeks later due to injuries, joint pain, or impossible-to-follow routines, I decided to create this corner of the internet.
Our Mission
At Nucleovo, we don’t believe in miracle shortcuts, magic shakes, or the self-destructive philosophy of “no pain, no gain.” We believe in science, smart progression, and consistency.
Our main goal is to translate the complex biomechanics of fitness and nutrition into a language that any “normal human” can understand and apply from day one in the weight room.
